Been to a few cat cafes in Japan, and this one seemed to have the happiest, healthiest looking cats. They are also fiens for the vending machine treats that you can serve to them on spoons. The staff was accommodating to English, and the latte with the kitty's face was worth it for the cute factor. Too floor of the mall by the arcade
