A nice cafe in the same building as a couple of cool shops. The menu is small but the sandwiches we got were really good and the scones were some of the best I've had in Japan! They were a bit small, but served deliciously warm

Lovely! Just lovely! They have bluechai color-changing tea which is a tasty visual treat. The scones are some of the best that I have ever had (considering I worked at one of the top tea shops in North America that is saying a lot).
