Apparently it's run by the same people who run the shop next door, as there were no staff there when I entered. I asked at the shop next door, and one of them came over and eagerly helped me. The atmosphere inside the shop was nice, and the parfait tasted average. The coffee jelly at the bottom was quite strong.
