Mum and I stopped in for a late lunch on our way back to our hotel from the Shinagawa Aquarium. The owner was super-nice and the hotdogs were very tasty! (Mum had the chilli-dog and I had the cheese one). We loved the quirky decor. If we were staying in the area longer, we would definitely go back to try some of the other flavours.
