I stumbled across Dog Cafe accidentally on the way to a convention at Losair Hotel a block away. The owner is great and speaks English! Her puppies (Nico and Loco) are both very sweet. From what I understand, you can bring your dogs in and hang out/eat. Worth stopping bye if you're in the area!
